Description

Join us. On Thursday, February 20th, Arkus will be hosting our ninth day of free services for nonprofit Salesforce users in a special spot, on the Ohana Floor at the Salesforce Tower in New York City.

Come hear the latest community news direct from Salesforce, learn how survey tools can help you keep your data clean, kick back with your laptop in the brand new Ohana Floor Salon, and have your configuration questions answered by our team of experts. Enjoy breakfast and lunch on us too. This is an exciting opportunity to level up your Salesforce knowledge for free in a world-class space created just for nonprofit Salesforce users.

Sessions are designed to be valuable to a range of experience levels, from experienced admins to new users, even executives taking their first look. Content is specifically nonprofit focused and applicable to your everyday Salesforce needs.

Presentations

Learn how you can get help on your projects from Salesforce and hear the latest news on their Pro Bono program from Salesforce Pro Bono specialist Victor Ninninger.

Join JudI Sohn from Salesforce for a behind-the-scenes look at the powerful community resources that are available to nonprofits for free and learn how to innovate on a limited budget with Salesforce ecosystem assistance.

Sit in on a session with Hayley Tuller to hear how to access key features in Salesforce and NPSP that will help you drive adoption in your organization, and join Scott Searle for a presentation on how to keep your data in check and working for you.

Ask-the-Expert Sessions

Throughout the entire day, Arkus experts will provide brief consultations on architecture, configuration, security, when to use code, data loading help, and all things Salesforce. If you feel a session is not applicable to your needs we encourage you to use that time to meet with a member of the Arkus team. Bring your laptop for some over-the-shoulder help— make sure your Sandbox is ready — or just come with questions. Experts will not write or alter code or make major changes in Production.

Consulting sessions will run simultaneous to presentations and again during a set-aside time after the morning sessions have wrapped. To maximize value for all, sessions are limited to one hour per Project Manager per organization. Max out an hour with one expert and grab another from the Arkus team for more hands-on help.
